Incontinence whilst in halls

Apologies in advance if this is a little too gory, but I can't think of any other way to word it
I'll keep it nice and simple by saying that due to my incontinence I need to wear incontinence pads partially during the day and fully at night and I've just moved 250 miles away from home for university. I've been checked out medically and for now, I'm supplied with products that match my needs and have been fully medically assesed, apart from this issue I have no other medical problems.
I was wondering whether anybody has any experience of dealing with such products in a confined space? My preference is to keep my problem as low key as possible, only key people like my family know.
I've moved into pretty rowdy halls- definitely a party flat as theres a mix of 2nd and 3rd years in my flat and I'm incredibly nervous of them as they're very loud, always have 10+ of their friends over each night and I'm starting to feel a little intimidated over my problem as I obviously keep my products in my room/en-suit and due to the amount I need on a monthly basis, you need only to look in my wardrobe to see the boxes of pads stacked up.
My door remains locked apart from when I use it to enter/leave and my flatmates are starting to get a little suspicious as to why I don't let anybody freely wander into my room like the rest of them.
They're the group of people that will come in after a night out, then bang on my door at 4am expecting me to answer- I'm obviously wearing a fairly noticeable pad at this time of day and I'm not in a position to open my door and see people. During the day, I'm fine with social situations as my protection is far more discreet and I suit my clothing to the product I'm using.
Is it worth getting in contact with the disability support centre at my university, to see if they could be of any help? 
Any thoughts/ideas/suggestions would be appreciated, as I'm only 2 weeks into term and starting to get a little frustrated!

My friend works with a guy who, about two months ago, she introduced to me. At the time, she would sing his praises all day long and go on about how much of a nice guy he is.
About a fortnight ago, me and the guy kissed on a night out. I've told my friend I really like him and since then she's started saying he's creepy and that I can do so much better. She's started to tell me really horrible things about him, I don't know if they're true or not. And she's even said immature things like that he smells 
Now I don't know if it's just me but I don't know whether she's jealous or what. He told her that he wants to kiss me again this weekend (we're going to a party together, including her) and she told him that she won't let him. Wtf?! Then she said her and our other friend have said they don't want him tagging along with us on the night as they just want it to be girls only. Seriously, wtf. She knows how much I like him but I'm also really shy so I'm too embarrassed to just go off with him. Especially now she's said all these horrible things about him, it makes me feel ashamed to like him kind of.
Do I have a right to be annoyed with her or what?!

My secret crush saw me playingmy clarinet and called me Squidward, because a character on SpongeBob SquarePants also plays the clarinet. The worst part is, the nickname has stuck!

One warm summer day I was talking to my friends when the bully walked up behind me very quietly ... and gave me my first wedgie! The pain and shock made me scream really loud. The whole class was staring at me and laughing. My face turned bright red. I’ll never forget the day I got my first wedgie!

I was practicing being the flyer in cheerleading practice. When I was flung upward, my skirt flew up, revealing my Strawberry Shortcake underpants! Everyone laughed and, even worse, the coach banned me from the cheer squad for "showing off" my panties!

Me and my mom were baking a cake for my brother’s b-day. It was supposed to be a surprise, but he walked into the kitchen while I was still decorating it. I flipped and squirted him in the face with pink frosting. He got so mad, he threw the cake at me, but I ducked and it hit my mom in the face!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. While not many kids have to think about this illness personally, most of us know a mom, aunt, sister, cousin, teacher or friend who has been affected by breast cancer. There are lots of cool ways to support the cause, including a number of “pink” products for purchase (our faves for tweens are listed below) that donate all or partial proceeds to breast cancer research.
