Bank accounts for EU students

I have a problem a bit. I am English and have a UK Passport, but I've lived in Germany for the past. I'm starting University in September, and I need to get a UK bank account.
Anywhere I can apply for a student account, because I was in the United Kingdom for the past three years not lived still (even though I have an English address). I have tried only to find a normal account, then, that I could apply either to them not, because I will be a full time student request.
Advice on what to do and where are you going? I've tried NatWest and Barclays. I'm fine with a regular student account.
Thank you very much!
[Important] was bank accounts for international students

I think, it may have been some issues such as me, but please take some time, to answer me.
I am an international student and will study this September in Norwich, England. I have some questions about opening a bank account.
There are Barclays and NatWest branches on the campus of the University, so I think the opening a Barclays account (NatWest requires some monthly fee, and there were some other recent changes, I don't like). Do you think that I should be opened a normal current account (http://www.barclays.co.uk/CurrentAccounts/Keepitsimple/BarclaysBankAccount/P1242557963758; http://www.barclays.co.uk/Currentaccounts/Packagedaccounts/CashCardAccount/P1242557963900) or an account for international students (http://www.offshore.barclays.com/uk-student-account/)? That it would be better for money transfer?
There are also some other banks such as HSBC and Lloyds (basic current account). Do you think that the most trusted and has the best customer service?
I'm pretty clueless about this stuff so help is appreciated.
Thanks guys.
