All PTs or such here? :) Help needed to make a good program!
In fact, I am in the a program from a kind of need and care for someone who me a small program for help on the way! I mean anyone can help, but a PT would obviously be the best help!
So basically I want bigger and I take broader shoulders, larger and wider arms, chest and back! So everything I think
I do also Thai Boxing likes to good fitness and cardio-vascular system to get and not bold and get health problems!
So basically anyone can help me put together a plan for me, help me to get the desired results if you know what I mean? As straight as a weekly gym and exercise user's Guide for the fastest!
