Register to remove banners from posts I used to be one of those people that like to give hugs. Bear hugs were more I like it. I used to really give a big bear hug and really tightly hugged the people who hugged me just to show affection.

Unfortunately, I have bouts of depression this year and struggled going through lots of things and I have come to a point that I hate hugs. I hate it so much that I just want to push the people who want to hug me. A mate of mine came telling me that he has some problems and I think that I could give some hugs as to show some support as he really in despair but my body just refused it. At the end he came to me and hugged me before he left as he needed support. I feel like a selfish idiot! And usually before I leave someone, say in the bus or train station, I would offer a hug. But now I just wave and leave just like that.
