Just wanna know whether the tuition and fees in Cambridge includes the accommodations fees or is it separate? I saw that it costs 27,008 so I want to know whether it includes accommodation costs already.

Thanks.

It would be extremely difficult/impossible to answer these kind of questions.

LSE & Cambridge are both world renowned institutions so I doubt if the Law course will be easy at any of those.

If you're hoping/looking to easily achieve a first then I'd advice you not to apply to both

Hey, I'm completely new to TSR and am tedious (HAA I sound like an OMA) navigate. As decided, cut to the Chase, I I assign the jump to car and oxbridge. First, I was common school in Oxford on philosophy and theology, and got a college even up to the point of the selection when I open a last day (Pembroke went to).

However, I have changed my mind since then, decide that a philosophy individual studied more not too enthusiastic is my kind of thing in Cambridge from the idea of working through the theology course (the original reason for me the choice of the Philthe was due to the fact that mathematics, physics, and psychology are likely not my Fortes).

Anyway, the real question: can someone advice on choice of the school of philosophy in Cambridge, I don't have time, would have liked to look like I because of my late change of mind (application in my sixth form until next Friday must!).

I search for a more informal College, may be small but really pretty with lots of greenery, with a good reputation for philosophy to see. I am aware that apart from tutorials all colleges same lectures and exams (OBV), etc.

But any help would be appreciated

Thank you in advance.

Want to know whether you should buy that dress, show off your new handbag or just discuss your favourite designers? This is the forum for you. 1 Hour Ago: 16th August 2011 00:15 http://www.cambridgesatchel.co.uk/

Just wondering if anyone had a Cambridge satchel? I've read a few reviews that they're not really that big inside and I'd be wanting to make sure I can fit my laptop (macbook) & an A4 folder in along with my purse, phone, pencil case.. kitchen sink..

Can't seem to find any pictures of the inside properly

http://www.tombrownssatchelsoxford.com/index.php

This company are essentially the same thing and have some photos of the satchels with folders in them, but I'm struggling to find a review which makes me a tad edgy.

I got a lovely leather satchel from portobello market but the leather is really soft now & I'd like one that is a bit more rigid.

Thanks!

I can't say I've ever seen anyone with one, but here's a reviewer who looks like she's gone to a fair amount of trouble and has taken a few good pictures of hers. Tl;dr is that the 15" one supposedly fits a laptop, although she's basing this on hearsay too. I guess the easiest thing to do might be to email them. The reviewer discourages using Tom Brown's, Oxford though. Last edited by Tortious; 1 Hour Ago at 00:22. 49 Minutes Ago: 16th August 2011 00:34 Thanks! I did read that review, but if you look at the photos it doesn't look particuarly big really. She discourages based on them not replying for an email or something like that.

You can return Cambridge satchels so I might give it a go and see if I can fit it all in.

Mmmm, although I guess the failure to respond to her email is indicative of the attituse that they have towards their customers. It could be completely innocent and merely that her enquiry slipped through the net (or, after the fourth email, they thought she was getting to be a bit of a pain!), but at the same time, when you're investing a significant amount of money into something, you want to be sure that you're not going to have trouble getting it sorted with the seller if there's a problem with it.

I suppose that these satchels aren't really designed with extreme practicality in mind in that the CSC clearly isn't targeting people who buy those massive bags from Primark! But yeah, if you're able to return it, you might as well place an order. Goes without saying, but I'd read the terms and conditions first in case there are any exceptions; it wouldn't surprise me if they refused to allow personalised ones to be returned (except where faulty).

Yeah they don't let the personal ones be returned but I just want a standard one. On their website they say a 15 inch can fit an A4 folder, but 15 inch just "feels" so big and bulky - my laptop is just over 13 inches.. Although really I don't take my laptop to Uni that often as I'm super paranoid about it getting knicked or damaged

I just seem to acquire so much stuff in my bag it's unreal! I mean where does it all come from? hehe.

Thanks for your help. Think I'll give a 14" a go. When I was looking at February time the Tom one was over £20 cheaper but now they've gone up and only £4, so it makes sense to go for the one with the good reputation. Not being able to find any decent reviews on the Tom company generally isn't a great sign.

Just found this! So cute! http://www.cambridgesatchel.co.uk/sh...s/the-designer

Was just going to go for the classic http://www.cambridgesatchel.co.uk/sh...ns/the-classic

Although the one with the blue is a lot more pricey.

The Classic, eh? Will that be in "liquorice allsort" or...erm..."mouthwash green"? (Why did they single out that colour? ). It is nice though - I think I prefer it to the Designer since I'm not keen on the contrast between the main satchel and the black. Anyway, they look well-made so I'm sure you'll be happy with it - hopefully all of your stuff fits in! Something tells me you'll find a way to make it work.
