Not happy at the College.
I'm in my second year at College. This year I decided to go to a different College I went to last year, I had a great year, but I thought a change and this College is closer to home. Last year I have ICT, this year I decided on art & design since I at the University, wanted to study graphic design. For starters, they put me on the GRAPHICS course, which is nothing to do with computers, we are just doing painting and drawing. At the hearing, I said the woman, that I do graphic design.
It was all okay, first of all to know, but now I feel lonely and sad only. Everyone is familiar with every previous schools. I have friends with a girl, but they are not, since the first week because she has a child. After the first week, I posted about these two guys at lunch time, one of them is okay, but the other issues believe me really personal questions and terrible things to say dog. Since then I breaks go spent in the store or in the library on my own.
I have my opinion about that do modified by graphic design, and I'm definitely on the wrong place. I would like to do journalism/media. I don't know whether I would be able, on the media course, though, how the course could be full.
I was not talking, my tutor still, because I don't know what you tell him.
Today I went late, because the schedule was a mess. I ran into the gates, but I could not me, to go in the class, because I felt worried me as I came home.
I like the College not only really. The staff seems fine, but I do not like the people there, and it has a bad atmosphere.
Said my friend from school, I go back to school, I went ahead, but it could be too late. I have here almost a month.
Does anyone have any advice?

Okay this is probably going to sound like as dumb post but yeah.
Basically, throughout secondary school the only friends I had were what most people would say are boring. It's not like I wasn't interested in doing stuff like getting drunk or whatever but none of my friends were ever interested in this and stuff. The only stuff we'd do out of school would be meeting up in town etc. which I guess is a bit boring, I thought it'd be cool to just randomly go down to London for the weekend or w.e but they'd usually just say something like maybe in a couple of years etc.
But now I'm going to college and trying to make friends with more spontaneous people and the like and I feel kind of awkward when the subject of alcohol and what people did over the weekend comes up and stuff.
I'm not really lying, I'll say that I just went to town with friends or didn't do much at all but I'm thinking after a while they'd think I'm boring etc. and with alcohol I just say I don't like the taste. Which is partially true but it's not like I don't drink alcohol out of a moral choice and it's not like if I were given alcohol I wouldn't drink it because of the taste.
I don't know. I don't really like to lie to people but at the same time I'm fed up of being so boring and I don't want to end up going to uni in two years time and being perceived as naive etc.
I was just wondering if anyone could offer me any advice?
I know people will probably say I'm being vain or even pathetic but I just want to have different experiences and meet new people etc. I'm fed up of spending Friday nights on the computer and Saturdays walking around the shopping centre for hours on end lol.
Preferably from people who've been in a similar situation.
Also is it weird that I feel like I have to specify that I don't like to drink even though I'm under 18 lol?

Now this is solved - I want to change the education of Tripos, and I ' have officially ' my senior tutor 'Free' me my current College and transferred to Homerton
So can I have some help? I'm just not sure what to do - in the not good at this sort of thing... but it should forward pretty straight.
I contacted a guy at my college for advice and that is what she said:
Yes, you explain, what switch are as Homerton have accepted that will be your Director of studies, this sort of thing. Mainly have to say, what you have to go and a brief sketch, why you are leaving.

Carmel College
I have a central role in Carmel engineering leads to high and Engineering Foundation year offered have been, but I don't know anything about it, and unfortunately cannot be found arrive at in Carmel, who know.
How would of course be taught? What time would it be you? Is it more of sixth form way of teaching as a University the teaching of at least 8-15 with Labs etc. only in Carmel instead of proper University?

I just want to know, these basics course to the would be the same as the other Foundation courses offered by other colleges/universities have content because I have an interest in graphic design, but I don't know if includes the following things I'm interested and I to this College would go because it is close it and comfortable for michIch'm looking for the following:
Web design, icon design, branding, print advertising, etc.
Is a graphic design course I go assuming it covers these things, but with him a Foundation course and there is degree of doubt this not on the course content makes it to me, that regardless of whether the course offer those things.
If anyone has comments/help about anything please book here like any info useful it!
