Belly Piercing

One of my friends mothers worked as a lecturer at Lancaster University and has said, they are to do a future merge in large discussions with the University of Liverpool after 2012.

What are your thoughts? Is this a good idea? See other universities could do this in the future? Or could not you less interested in me?
