Have you researched about foundation courses? Old 1 Hour Ago: 17th October 2011 00:27 From my limited knowledge of dentistry (accidentally clicked on this thread, and thought I'd reply anyway!), you do need Chemistry (and possibly Biology) to go straight onto a Dentistry degree.

That said, I just had a quick look at Cardiff's Dentistry faculty - which from what I've heard is a fairly good one - you can do a 6 (instead of 5) year course if you haven't any A-levels in Biology/Chemistry: "Six-Year course: The six-year course is ONLY available to students who either take no Science subjects at A-Level or take a maximum of one of Chemistry, Biology or Physics. Entry requirements will be three A-Levels at AAA."

How long is a dentist check?

How long is a dentist check?

Health - information and advice on all aspects of the physical and mental well-being. Keep in mind all advice is unprofessional and what says someone online is not a substitute for a trip to the GP! Old 1 Hour ago: 18 July 2011 00: 44 Re: how long is a dentist check? If everything is normal, then Yes, as is 5 minutes or less. The waiting time (at least it is on my dentist) could be at least 15 however.

If you have btw, it will be a bit longer a scale and Polish,. Not sure, just as long as I have never a have had, but not yet age.

About five minutes or so yeah. All they do is pop a mirror (cause will fit her head in the mouth) and then use a dull metal pointer. Scratching your front teeth with your nail and you'll get an idea what that is. Odd but not at all unpleasant.

Why dentists are so frightening? Really understood, I have not lol: /.

I really understood not lol: / i think because traditional dental treatment was quite painful because the old old-fashioned techniques and use of Anasthetics (well, lack of), so you tell people that she would rather have a root canal than some other unpleasant activity. This means that people assume that it, when in reality the anaesthetics are used now is horrible the tooth ache you get, you now need dental treatment usually much worse than the dental work itself.

Although actually, is the reason why I don't like my dentist, because he has no skills, if my mum happens to come discusses in the space to he to her, head over to my teeth, instead of me (I'm 19), and he is like an ice cream man dresses.
