Discussion for A-Level students, including those studying VCEs and for those choosing their A-Level subjects. Old 56 Minutes Ago: 14th October 2011 22:35 Zoeh-h +1 So I'm thinking about doing a course on Management Accounting; I'm not sure what I need for my A-levels though, but I know that this is what I want to do in Uni.

I'm thinking about doing:
- Maths
- Economics
- Accounts (dropping this in A2)

Are these subjects okay? What other subject would you recommend? :/
I've searched around and people have said that Physics or a science would be preferable but I dislike science with a passion :/ so I don't know what to do. Would taking a science subject help? Or am I just wasting my time?

Thanks!

Are these good GCSE options?

Are these good GCSE options?

I am in the year 9 and I will go in year 10 in September will be. I wonder good opportunities, I have chosen only if these are;

Latin
History
Geography
French (obligatory)
RE (mandatory)
..And then all the other mandatory, including English, mathematics and science.

Will it have a big impact if I change Latin Classics?

And do you think that I take a variety of topics should, to an other GCSE outside the school, since my options. For example it's subjected to a creative / "Hands on approach" such as music, art, DT
Thanks for the help.

ACA - study options

ACA - study options

Hello

I start with a firm in September, and they gave me two options to study in two different locations.

I can either the pillar approach in Milton Keynes (further away) or the knowledge first and then use level in Nottingham.

Does anyone have any opinions on which is the best way to do it and how they did it? Is my preference for Nottingham going as it is closer and as I not from an accounting background knowledge come perhaps first use would be?

But then, I am concerned that by the time I get to the part of application I will have forgotten things that I will have learned previously.

Their input/opinions on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much

I pursue a career in finance, but also right search
