Advice / which need help hey of guys, I've offered was a study of 5 months overseas in Hong Kong PolyU next year and was wondering if with the uni/town itself and a few questions... can answer someone to comment on their experiences First of all, ive checked the University halls of residence and its could not only i being handle 6 ft 4 in a small room with 2 beds in and no privacy, aswell as my being a bit of a clean freak and not like the idea to share a toilet with 3 other foreign! So wondered if someone can websites preferably recommend decent for students where I find accommodation... Studios or 1 beds would do, it seems very difficult to find anything major!

Secondly, how difficult is it for Exchange students, to make friends? literally, I have no idea who is and was just curious!

and thirdly: how to evaluate it? Any of input would be extremely helpful, and I would love you forever!

Greetings

Sorry for any spelling its a bit late!

Love Hong Kong, it is a life-time experience a really large one-time. Getting on with people at all no problem, and most are people in Hong Kong, to speak English. You can just say, it's like Chinese, but most of the places are sure that the mother tongue is Quebec, in English and pretty much speaks perfectly great English almost everyone in Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is very international, I have many friends there, the European / Canadian who was the secondary school and made many friends and some of them speak not Chinese, so I'm sure that you get on fine.

Transport in Hong Kong is extremely decent unlike in the United Kingdom, so that delays with the buses or trains there fear not. The food is great, try out the Dim sum you will miss it otherwise:sexface:

I hope you enjoy your stay in Hong Kong. Good luck!
