I graduated with an MSci in physics & philosophy at the University of Bristol. I offered a funded PhD.-Université Libre de Bruxelles institution at the according to an interview. However, when I went to go even through the administrative steps apply, registration, I was told that I not meeting the requirements of 300 ECTS credit points, or 5 years of higher education for the PhD.

According to my copy, I have completed 490 UK loans over 4 years of study. This is obviously 245 ECTS credits. This falls short of the 180 ECTS (undergraduate/1 cycle) + 120 ECTS master (2nd cycle) required. I know that the Bologna process stresses the idea that there no duration, but the quality of education that counts. However provides for, that means every year only as 60 ECTS is one, is the only way to 300 ECTS with 5 years of study!

My superiors (potential) said that the financing held could be on hold for me a year while I try, to find a way, the numbers form. I investigate 3 way and would appreciate your feedback: contact with the University of Bristol directly to see if my degree a higher number of ECTS can be assigned (by an additional letter, etc..) Loans. This is because I have a variety of courses at level M completed (in my last year). ECTS-credits, claim also account hours of the study into account. My course was often cited as one of the most difficult and intensive courses - I had proposed a 9-5 schedule LecturesMy supervisor, I find one completed 1 year Masters in the meantime. However, it is already very late in the year, and most courses are now closed. I would also have to pay me for this year. As an international student, that would be very, very difficult for me.I'm not sure whether I really need to do, get some physics related to the last 55 credits. An attractive option would be a 1 year course in French, for example. This would help with the PhD. in the following year and less burden financially to place me (these courses are cheaper). Again, I'm not sure where I could do this. I would prefer to do a distance-learning, but have no idea where to begin looking.
