Rent period: 50 weeks from September 5
Rent: £ 74 per week

Rent is paid monthly more than 10 months £ 370 per month (payments to stop in June, but you continue to live in the House until mid-august, therefore the monthly price seems more expensive as a pro, if you multiply these prices with 50 (weeks) it will work out the same!)

House is located only 5 minutes from the campus and 10 minutes from the city centre.
