German illuminated/lang - which is good, but above unis prefer, English lit (still a good choice)
Business studies - is determined, what you want to do, but top unis prefer economy, still an OK-A-level

Between psychology and ICT, which I know not, view her, etc., but I would not go for I.C.T as A - level psychology on paper seems better.

My opinion, you should choose the similar topic from this list:
English, illuminated
History
Economy
and sell well lol
