RAF pilot application after the reconquest of a level

RAF pilot application after the reconquest of a level Hi,. I'm your opinion about my situation in a RAF application. I was working time while studying for my A-levels. But I was offered a full-time position and decided to take it. After working for a while I decided, for the RAF as a technician aircraft is considered, what happened to oversubscribed. Desire to be, because I remember me I feel about my decision to pilot, full time except instead of studying. I would be overjoyed, if I could as an aircraft technician working, but at the same time regret not ready is my A-levels, which is all that I ever wanted, are to be applied as a pilot.
What do you think I should do? Wait until I can as an aircraft technician appy? or to repeat my A-levels and a pilot? See underexposed my A-levels as weakness against my application?
Thank you in advance for any replies.

You want a pilot to be. That is, you want an officer role. Chances are you would be unhappy in the a-tech role and be always looking upwards. Why sell itself short, if you have a higher purpose?Get the A-level, but do it well. Remember, you would have against humans, the degree. Enter the RAF select a reason for you. Have passed a good explanation about what with your A-level of the first painting and why it happened.
In particular; Keep in mind that the pilot branch is currently closed and will remain at least for the next year - more than likely also as. If you i.e., probably wait until 2013 for a job, go for it then to the most competitive in the country. If you only in the RAF, then go for a/c-tech.
All military roles are currently oversubscribed. And those who are not closed. This is just something you have to deal with.

Discussion for A-Level students, including those studying VCEs and for those choosing their A-Level subjects.

I'm in year 13, and have two friends in year 13 applying for Product Design courses. It sounds like you aren't 100% sure which subject area you would like to focus on, so want to keep your options open. English is definitely a good choice, and I would stick with it (but if you change your mind, go for something like History). I would also go for Graphic design or Art, but only one, not both (check University sites and course entry requirements, also email universities about your situation -when I was choosing A levels I did, and they were really helpful)
Don't go for Media whatever you do. It is considered weak by all sectors, and it won't help you at all. Geography is a subject that will give you a lot of good skills, likewise Biology, and is considered strong.
1 Hour Ago: 20th October 2011 23:00 Take English Literature, History, Maths and something else. Don't take media.
Don't take art.
Don't take a design subject.
External Candidate doing AS and A2 level Maths In one year.
AppId is over the quota
Re: External Candidate doing AS and A2 level Maths In one year. Oh god, I really don't envy you.
If you do AQA, possibly C1, C2, D1 in january and C3, C4, M1/S1 in june.
The only one that must be done at a certain session is C4 which must be done in june.
A level - organization
At my school, we have said, to write on paper and get a folder and all of the notes/pages in the folder. But I up output 2/3-folders and 2/3-textbooks every day, and my bag is heavy. I thought to buy a practice book (like the one we used in GCSE) instead of on paper.
What do you think?
Completed an A Level in advance - Can I use it to apply to Oxford ?
AppId is over the quota
I am applying to Oxford for a MSc Course in Chemistry for the year 2012.
On my UCAS application I have declared an A* in A Level maths i.e I have completed the full A Level in maths with all 6 modules.
In addition I have 3 AS Levels.
Can I use the A* to meet the minimum entry requirements of A*AA to Oxford ?
Additionally, let us suppose my final results are A*AAC. Would this fulfill the minimum entry requirements of A*AA ?

King's A-host level policy
I have mathematics C1 in the year 11, have a low A, and landed reconquest in the year 12 (summer). This me course brings about the 2-year limit for my Mathematics a level, but I wanted to know is how Kings know that I took C1 in 11?
I have this question on the thread of 'simple applicant questions' and was told that she only know that I took C1 in 11, when I told them... but just wanted to get more opinions on this subject
What subject to drop as level
A in the r.s.2
B in the business
B in English
C in the area of ICT
Questions that I should fall, I know I have good in r.s.2 but I do not enjoy it and even if I move my rating in the ICT sector the c be my predicted review so that the University is not what I "can" take care

Make medicine - my poor AS level results it is impossible?

Re: medicine - my poor AS level results make it impossible? HelloUnfortunately I have quite disastrous consequences today when you consider that I just as was predicted. I have lit cs in English and mathematics and DS in chemistry and physics. In all mocks and practice tests that have school, I got as which only goes to show how much you can affect nerves during a test (and I also would have more revision). I was on course to do medicine but of course can not with the current listed results. Before the school had always these results and I decided I would lit drop English and biology as an AS in addition to mathematics, chemistry and physics at the A2 start to apply for courses to medicine. There is a chance I still in a position to do medicine? For example, I take back my year AS whole, as I am aware, harder to revise and tutors to check help get technology (my largest problem) or I should not apply, after I have A level results, I work much harder and more review, hopefully always the class?
Are all answers and suggestions are appreciated as I have no idea, what to do?
Thank you very much
(^ ^, Booked have but am posting again as really need advice!) Stressed out!^^)
Ok. Their level results are not good. You have within the topics of DS (CHEM and mathematics) there are modules which u metal springs got BS, or higher? The reason why is I question, because from what I heard, I do not think how it unis, if people do a levels for a period of more than 2 years. So, if I were you, I'd resit the very worst modules. To stand a better chance in medicine, I could have done personally all biology a2 and drop physics as one möglichst-but because of Resits - this may be too much work. Yeah you need learn technique, testing, and not all of them are a little advice on personal tutors - good-some are amazing, as are other garbage, so if you think they are not effective, drop). Unfortunately, you are most likely going to have to, do a year, but if you leave with a school/University / A * class then have you don't go in medicine related to (such as biomed etc.) One year, an application can strengthen in any case. BTW, what's your UKCAT? It is lost not, good luck, hope you do well

Level 3' ta?
22 Minutes ago: 17 August 2011 11: 03 directly very very confused I!I have just graduated with a honors degree, and a PGCE in primary for September 2012, I want to apply for. I try to gain some experience, but all TA/SEN posts to level 3.
I googled level 3 or equivalent, and someone posted that a degree with distinction corresponds to a level 4 / 5. Does this mean that I apply for these jobs, or do I need a NVQ level 3? If this is the case, how can I get that? I need experience and I simply do not seem one is!
Go to HND level then back to degrees from full time, part time. 2012.
So far so simple. But now I have been given to switch the chance to part-time while working in my professional area to a tag version.
The University said, I have complete HNC in the same subject, before I can go to the part time degrees. I've already completed six of the eight HNC modules as they form in the first year of study. This means that I will study may be only two modules are next year, and move on the part time course in the year 2012.
Must, most important, it is if I switch to the HNC and then the level officially in 2012 start, I 2012 to pay, even though I it actually, started in the year 2010?
Then does anyone have an idea of how this can work, have to get financial assistance? Has someone something similar done, and how have they found you?
Thanks in advance
Monitoring A level errors this summer
AQA
• AS level business studies (unit BUSS2) - incomplete information in a question
As was the question 3 brands of 80 worth of potentially impossible to answer, we discounted it. We adjusted the other brands so that the maximum mark, i.e. 80 remained.
• AS level computing (unit COMP2) - error in a chart
As possible to achieve some marks for the question was for students, we gave all the students the maximum marks (5 brands of 60) for the affected part of the question.
• As level geography (unit GEOG2) - error in a chart
As possible to achieve some marks for the question was for students, we gave all the students the maximum marks (4 stamps of 50) for this question.
CCEA
GCE mathematics (unit FP2) - other errors in a mathematical equation
An error in a formula meant that students can not part of the last question answer have been and have potentially could two marks therefore missed.
Following measures have been taken:
¦, that each paper individually was reviewed by a team of senior examiners.
¦ The mark scheme has been adapted so that to give full credit for method.
¦ The bug will be taken into account when setting the class.
¦ We inform UCAS all students affected by this bug.
EDEXCEL
We take very seriously the quality of our investigations to Edexcel. Unfortunately a bug found on 16 may biology was lifestyle, transport, genes and health (6BI01) as a paper in the Edexcel GCE, unit 1:.
In this paper was a multiple choice question where no answer as an option was offered. We greatly regret this error, and we have the necessary measures to ensure that no students are either beneficiaries or disadvantaged by it.
The issue affected was Q6c(i) on page 21 of the paper issue. All students have "0" for this issue been achieved, and a total raw mark for the paper reduced been by a mark of 80 brands 79 marks.
The question paper is completed this and we now understand how students have performed 6c(i) both before and after issue. For each individual student we have carried out carefully, as they, before and after the relevant question on paper, which sat with us estimated grades from their teachers and their performance in the other GCE biology unit.
Adjustments can be on a small number of candidates as a result of these checks mark. The schools and centres concerned student be notified during the week of 8 August 2011.
OCR
A2 level Physics (unit G485)
Error: Correct value of the record distance in the graph is inconsistent with the value in text
When the test met team, in due course standardize labelling this paper, aid in the mark scheme give full credit to candidates who either had used the plate separation values, has been cited in centimetres or metres.
Conducted a detailed research of the statistical data which compared the performance of the candidates, the inclusion in this paper with the same unit in June 2010, before the award has taken place. In particular comparisons were made of the performance in a similar question by June 2010, with the error in June 2011.
The results of this research clearly showed that the error in the paper had 2011 affected not qualifying as a whole. However, separate statistical analysis on candidate was carried out get an inappropriate grade endangered understood.
Attention has been given in the award happen where the boundaries of the class were selected to ensure that the performance in the G485 with the performance in the other examined unit from this series, G484 as well as targeted as possible. This ensures that the class unit G485 awarded fair for the candidates as a whole, with this unit.
AS level mathematics (unit 4736 decision 1)
Error: Incorrect information in a question
The mark scheme for this article has been adapted to minimize the effect of the issue with the error during the standardization session. All brands were directed special attention to this question. Strike-through work was marked, even if it has been replaced and was given credit for the most accurate attempt.
A detailed research of the statistical data which compared the performance of the candidates, the inclusion in this paper with the same unit in June 2010 and January 2011 was carried out before the award has taken place. At the pre award created the areas of the scripts of the awarding Committee are taken into account. These were significantly lower and wider than been examined in previous sessions had, because the question paper was more difficult than usual.
The agreed boundary mark for any judgmental was with different forms of statistical analysis and reasonably as identified by the code of practice. They may include compensation for the failure on the paper and still this unit with the others as applied units, and with previous sessions kept aligned.
Separate statistical analysis was performed to identify an inappropriate note get candidates at risk.
Is a difficult geography of a level?
Solid AS level decisions?
I've been brooding about my AS-level selection, and I was wondering if they are solid/respectable choices? I want to go do not (and not) to Oxbridge really, so that is not a concern.

48 Minutes ago: 30 June 2011 15: 16 you choose religious studies, it is respected more than psychology. Psychology is a soft Thema.Ein of common but inaccurate conjecture.OP, I would advise, do psychology against you. It is not the subject, with which everyone thinks it is. People think psychology is an easy A, but it is not. It requires a lot of work, not necessarily the content to understand, but remember everything. Someone suggested to mathematics, and have the ability, good in it, then I would agree.
