There are a lot of information on the home page - including a letter from the founder and a monthly update/letter. Like other items on the site, it is slightly overwhelming but not off-putting. To penetrate a library of information, with everything from best practices for the secure metals for piercing aftercare birthstone information and legends, is a nice resource for customers. Advantage is also the company's recognition that not everyone who their website is business in the UK, so that they provide their metric mass conversions (13 mm / US 1 / 2) and also provide prices in UK pounds and $.

BMG their products breaks into a lot of categories, and these categories are further divided into many categories. This facility makes it easy to shop for what you want - when you just, that is want what you know. It does not is a huge selection of jewelry in the most categories. And it would be helpful if it gave up tabs the home page where you simply click on the category you could want. Click the tab "Shop by category" before selecting the type of jewelry that they are interested instead customers much.

There are pages and pages of customer testimonials - apparently wrote anyone who has ever purchased something from the company to inform them. This is a fine tribute to the products of the company, but the sheer volume is seem to be overwhelming, and I found myself only read one or two reviews when I discovered how many pages were involved.

Unfortunately, shipping is not free - all orders costs to send 5 British pounds. Which means that according to the exchange rate of the dollar against the pound sterling, Americans can expect, pay up to $10 for shipping.

BMG packages all the product its jewelry made of plastic, which they can view clients and see tell whether it is okay before. Once in the packaging, the jewelry can return however. This is a rather bad policy, because it is very difficult that display details of the processing through layers of plastic and impossible to know whether a piece fits. To their credit, they have a huge, red, can not miss "Warning" label on the packaging, which explains the policy. But even if you don't open it, you have only 14 days back - on your own dime to the United Kingdom, of course send.

The company offers a three-year warranty against wear and tear, as also a guarantee that the stones exactly what they claim to in the letter of authenticity. Warranty is better than none, of course, but it would be nice to know that they are sure that the processing will hold up to three years.

The product descriptions are not fancy, but they include important information such as the material used; the cut, clarity and weight of the diamonds (if applicable); and the gauge. An another pro is, that the product descriptions for the nose containing jewelry will be a photo of such as the nose jewelry on you. Sometimes it's hard the difference between a 1 mm and 2 mm, such as image, so it is very helpful, a model for each product. The downside to the website is that you then need to get the price on the product information. It would be nice, if the price until one or two pages before, showed, so buyers know whether the product, the, which you are interested in, within its budget.

BMG ensures the conflict based on the written guarantee from their own suppliers, customers, their gems from sources are obtained, finance not with UN regulations in line is.

BMG uses gold nickel-free in his creations.

All of their pieces are made in the United Kingdom in the BMG workshops.
