Today, it's all about your dad! Show him how much you care about him this Father's Day by doing somethin' fun and healthy together instead of laying on the couch watching TV all weekend.

Get Your Fitness On

If Dad's working nine to five every day, he probably wants to unwind by the time he gets home. Well, help him de-stress by going out to play some of his favorite sports and work up a sweat. It could be bowling, fly fishing, or even shuffleboard. Or maybe he's an avid golfer, but you're not too crazy about the game. Whatever sport it is, just suck it up and play a round together. Remember, it's his day, not yours.

Get Cookin'

The way to a man's heart is usually through his stomach, so show your dad some love by whipping up some of his favorite meals! On this day, your dad should be able to eat whatever his heart desires, but if he wants food that isn't necessarily good for his heart, make sure to put a healthy twist on 'em. Like if he craves chips and dip, get the low-fat kind. If he loves pepperoni pizza, add a generous amount of mushrooms and green peppers so he'll get his daily serving of veggies. And if he likes bacon with his breakfast, make sure it's low-salt and also include some non-fat yogurt topped with lots of fruit to the meal.

Be a Rock Star

Just cuz Dad is old(er) doesn't mean he'll ever stop wanting to party like a rock star. So ask him to join you in the living room to play Guitar Hero or Rock Band! Face off to see who can rock out the hardest!
