People say to me smile / cheer up and if I am okay, all the time, when I'm fine, I'm just walking down the street!

If people are concerned that I could not smile something makes me smile as do smile on me or a joke? But I have to smile - ordered by foreign! How do they know I have not only to the funeral or something? Let me have what is my expression... I can not help that I look sad when I think / am relaxed.

Cheer you will up not sure if you feel really down told to smile. If all of your being arn't allows you to express such as telling your feeling?
