I'm in favour personally, should lead to much lower subscription costs, more choice for the consumer in terms of the games they want to watch.
On the downside, could lead to much reduced revenue for clubs, which may mean that the EPL struggles to attract talent and they head off to La Liga or Serie A instead.
Good thing? Bad thing?

Second, what she is doing is still illegal. She is using a Greek Nova domestic card, not a business card. So, the card she is using is still breaking broadcasting laws as it only has a domestic licence.
All that is going to happen is that Sky will have to pay less for the rights as they are not having exclusivity. Greek Nova et al are currently buying the domestic rights at a highly reduced rate from Sky. Instead, they are going to have to purchase business right from the PL itself at a much higher cost than they currently pay.
Hence, the foreign companies are going to create a new business contract with prices roughly similar to what Sky is charging now due to inflated rights costs.
