October is the time of year for costumes, capes, masks and makeup. But, while we wouldn’t dream of going out in public in our Halloween gear any other time of year, some celebrities will wear it any day of the week. Check out Kidzworld’s top 10 list of celebs who aren’t afraid to make a statement.
