REALLY bad in maths - should I forget about economics? :(

I want to do English lit. University, but an international student (and Asian!) will have a lot of people there told me with some "practical" combine and the combined English and economics have courses in Aberdeen and Glasgow my eye really caught.

I fought enormously at IGCSE level mathematics and attempts, AS mathematics only until the end of fall at halfway, my AS take year due to enormous pressure. I could not even simple concepts of differentiation and could not do it easy at all.

So, do you think, does it make sense that combine economy with English or should I only do the straight English course? After my BA plane I do hold a PGCE in English, but just in case, that a lot of people told me, English with what as "useful" to combine.

The economy in the combined English economics is a BA, in contrast to a BSc, this means less mathematical, but still a lot of people have told me that even a BA in economics contains much mathematics. I fought much in IGCSE mathematics and now I'm kind of pushed with the combined English economics. It is likely that at university level battle I:confused:

So I should forget completely, go about economy and only for just English course? How much mathematics it would be a BA economics, bearing in mind that there will be 50% of full BA.
