Hello everyone, i wanted to ask about confidentiality...
im doing an apprenticeship and feel pretty ****.... anyway lol,
I want to speak to someone about how im feeling, i feel really crappy and depressed i guess? I keep having suicidal thoughts but i know i wouldnt ever carry it out as im too much of a chicken, i just think about an easy way out i guess,
And i been always feeling down and crying, keep having days where i dont eat and pretend ive eaten just so i wont be cooked dinner at home or whatever,
I want to talk to my apprenticeship teacher as she has noticed ive been down, however i dont want her to go and blab everything to my parents or anyone ?
I was thinkig about saying to her 'can i speak to you?'
and we go into a room, and me asking her what the confidentiality rules were, and if she said she couldnt promise to keep anything a secret, i was just going to say 'oh, ok well dont worry' and walk out...
Is that a bad idea ?

I bet some of you are feeling the chill in the air that’s practically shouting, “I am Winter, HEAR ME ROAR!”
Some of you are probably like, “Ugh, really? Can’t it be an endless Summer, just this once? Snow is such a pain. Christmas music? ALREADY?! It’s not even December yet.“ Or you might be thinking to yourself how you really don’t wanna crawl out of your nice warm bed in the morning to warm up the car and shovel the driveway. You hate snow….
Unless you’re like me, of course.
Winter is my absolute favorite season. There’s so much Holiday cheer. How can you not love the concepts of good will to all, blaring Christmas music in the car and singing along to every word, decorating for the Holidays, and winter sports? Have you ever gone sledding on a crisp Winter day so you could come home, put on your warm pajamas, make hot cocoa and popcorn, and watch a good movie? SUCH a great feeling.
But Winter wouldn’t be the same without the best part: SNOW!
Work up some excitement for the first snow this year. Imagine the ground covered with a thick blanket of pure, white snow that glitters and sparkles. Millions of snow flakes combine to form one big lump of snow that many people see as dreadful, but have you ever taken the time to look at one individual snowflake? Well, snowflakes are so unique that no two are alike. Ever. Crazy, huh?
If you don’t believe me, then see for yourself. This Winter, take some time to build a snowman, have a snowball fight, or go sledding. And while you’re doing so, take a close look at a few snowflakes. I dare you.

When you're helpin' your mom prep the turkey, try seasoning the skin with salt and pepper instead of rubbing it with butter, which is loaded with fat. And when you're diggin' in, reach for a piece of turkey breast instead of the leg cuz it's lower in calories than dark meat.
Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes - Stuffing
Stuffing is one of the best dishes at the dinner table, but did you know it absorbs fat from the turkey as it cooks? So instead of stuffing the stuffing inside the turkey, bake it in a casserole dish instead.
Ingredients:
2 cups diced celery1/2 cup minced onion3 cups chicken broth1/2 cup butter3 eggs, beaten4 quarts whole-grain bread cut into cubes1 tbsp. salt1 tsp. ground black pepper1/4 tsp. sage1 pinch dried thyme
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions and cook until soft, but not brown. Add celery and stir well.Add two cups of chicken broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.In a large mixing bowl, toss bread cubes, eggs, salt, pepper, sage and thyme.Add onion and celery mixture and combine thoroughly.If it's on the dry side, just add a lil' more chicken broth.Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.

Instead of loading up on candied yams and sweet potatoes, just take a couple spoonfuls to nibble on and pile your plate full of veggies. Check out this easy spinach salad that you can prepare with ingredients lying around in your fridge!
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh spinach1/2 cup dried cranberries3/4 cup walnuts1/4 cup parmesan cheeseRaspberry vinaigrette
Directions:
Wash and tear spinach into bite-size pieces.Sprinkle dried cranberries, walnuts and parmesan cheese over the spinach.Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette, which is healther than salad dressing!
Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes - Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie
Thanksgiving dinner isn't complete without pumpkin pie, but store-bought pies are packed with sugar. So here's a simple recipe that has the taste, but not the sugar!
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. canned pumpkin2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice2 cups skim milk4 packages of Jell-O sugar-free instant vanilla pudding/pie filling1 9" pie crust, baked
Directions:
Pour milk into a large saucepan. Stir in pudding and pumpkin pie spice until dissolved.Add pumpkin and mix until it's well blended.Heat mixture on medium heat until it boils. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.Pour mixture into cooled pie crust and chill. The mixture will thicken as it cools.

This turkey used to live with a bunch of other turkeys on a farm, but it was actually more like a jail. But many years ago, he got pardoned (set free) by the President of the United States and was sent to a petting zoo in Virginia. In 2005, he got to move to Disneyland in sunny California and now takes part in Disneyland's annual Thanksgiving Day parade!
