There are a lot of information on the website - including a letter from the founder and a monthly update/letter. Like other items on the site, it is slightly overwhelming but not off-putting. A information library, with everything from best practices for the secure metals for piercings, piercing aftercare birthstone information and legends, is a nice resource for customers. Advantage is also the company recognition that not everyone who their site is business in the UK, so they offer conversions for their metric measurements (13 mm / US 1 / 2) and also provide prices in UK pounds and $.

BMG their products breaks into a lot of categories, and these categories are further divided into many categories. This facility makes it easier to shop for what you want - if you exactly, i.e. want what you know. It however is not a huge selection of jewelry in the most categories. And it would be helpful if there were tabs on the home page, where you could click simply on the category, want to. Click the tab "Shop by category" before selecting the type of jewelry that they are interested instead customers much.

There are pages and pages of customer success stories - anyone who has ever bought something from the company to inform them apparently wrote. This is a fine tribute to the products of the company, but the sheer volume is somewhat overwhelming, and I found myself only read one or two reviews when I discovered how many pages were involved in.

Unfortunately, shipping is not free - all orders to send costs 5 pounds. Which means that depending on of the exchange rate of the dollar against the pound sterling, Americans can expect to pay up to $10 for shipping.

BMG packages all his jewelry from plastic, which they say, can the customer display the product and see if it is in order before opening. Once in the packaging, the jewelry can return however. This is a rather bad policy, because it is very difficult, that display information on the processing through layers of plastic and impossible to know whether a piece fits. To their credit, they have a huge, red, can not miss "Warning" label on the packaging, which explains the policy. But even if you don't open it, you have send back - course only 14 days on their own dime in the UK.

The company offers a three-year warranty against wear and tear, as well as the guarantee that the stones are exactly what they claim to be in the letter of authenticity. Warranty is better than none, of course, but it would be nice to know that they are sure that the processing will hold up to three years.

The product descriptions are not fancy, but they contain important information, such as the material used; the cut, clarity and weight of the diamonds (if applicable); and the gauge. An another pro is, that the product descriptions for the nose containing jewelry will be a photo of such as the nose jewelry on you. Sometimes it is difficult the difference between a 1 mm and 2 mm, such as image, so it is very helpful, a model for each product. The downside to the website is that you then need to get the price on the product information. It would be nice, if before the price by a page or two, which showed, so buyers know whether the product, which you are interested in, within its budget.

Based on the written guarantee from their own suppliers, BMG guarantees customers who obtained their gems from sources that finance conflict, is not the UN regulations in line with.

BMG uses gold nickel-free in his creations.

All of their pieces are made in the United Kingdom in the BMG workshops.
